Embarkment: New Orleans to NorfolkExperience Navy life at sea and witness the fleet in action during this unforgettable training event.Overview:Be part of history and go afloat on an active-duty U.S. Navy ship during the 2026 International Naval Review. This training will sail from New Orleans to Naval Station Norfolk, offering cadets an unparalleled opportunity to experience life at sea. Throughout the embarkment, cadets will live, eat, and work alongside active-duty Navy personnel, gaining firsthand exposure to shipboard routines, responsibilities, and the Navy’s operational environment. Training Activities:Daily activities will include seamanship, knot tying, navigation, safety drills, daily formations and inspections, shipboard routines, duty station responsibilities, and watchstanding. Cadets will also participate in a variety of other shipboard training evolutions designed to build teamwork, discipline, and leadership.
