Navy League Orientation (NLO)

During this training, League Cadets will learn the foundational principles of the Navy League Cadet Program. Instruction includes teamwork, discipline, naval traditions and history, military terminology, physical fitness, basic seamanship, shipboard safety, first aid, fire safety, and military drill.

This program is both physically and mentally challenging while emphasizing camaraderie, character development, and the positive aspects of military leadership.

Training events include, but are not limited to, daily Physical Training (PT), the Physical Readiness Test (PRT), classroom instruction, and hands-on military training.
