League Cadets Other (Navigator Academy)

Navigator Academy is a focused leadership course designed to equip League Cadets with the skills needed to become confident, capable leaders. This training helps cadets navigate challenges, recognize opportunities, and develop the character traits essential for success.

Throughout the academy, cadets will strengthen their abilities in teamwork, responsibility, empathy, communication, and decision-making. Through engaging activities, guided discussions, and practical challenges, participants will gain the confidence to handle life’s obstacles and “chart their own course” as leaders.
